Washington, D.C.: You ever hear any buzz about Veremeenko? How is he doing in the Russian Super League. Are the Wiz planning to bring him over next season, at least for summer league. The Wiz could use some more depth at SF.

Ivan Carter: Ernie Grunfeld was in Europe recently and saw Vladimir Veremeenko (the team's second-round pick in the 2006 draft) play. Believe it or not, Veremeenko hurt his shoulder when Ernie was watching him. I swear, I'm not making that up. Anyway, I haven't heard what the team's plans for VV are but I'll ask a bit and update accordingly.

I'm a believer now :banghead:

Another "let's dwell in negativity" thread...

The team has won 4 out of their last 5 games without their 2 best players. Get off the ledge.

Actually it was EJ's fault for overplaying him. He should be fired.

Oh no!! Our longshot #46 draft pick from 2006 has an injury!!

We passed on freakin' Leon Powe and Cheikh Samb to get this guy! NBADraft.net says we could have drafted Mookie Blaylock with that pick

Wait, that was Will Blaylock. Screw it, then.

Hope VV gets better, hope he makes a Euroleague roster someday.

 that made my day. seriously guys, don't worry about V-Dub if he doesn't turn into anything. He hurt a shoulder and he probably won't turn into anything over here anyway................

I don't think that if our eventual rookie backup SF/PF (most likely 3rd SF/PF, even) doesn't score 20 a night. Unlike Blatche and Pech, i don't really expect much from V-Dub apart from having a great nickname.
