LeBron James Should Be Suspended

I'm really concerned about LeBron's availability for the game Monday because of the elbow to Blatche. He also led with a 'bo when standing up to confront Haywood. That elbow with Haywood didn't connect, but LeBron has to cut it out with the elbows.

Other than those two elbows he has responded to the Wizard's challenge like you would expect any NBA greats like Bird, Magic, Jordan or Barkley to have responded. I would be shocked if we see another player try and pull the self-promoting antics Stevenson and Arenas have. That type of trash talking is selfish and didn't help the team. It's time for the Wizards to get down to work to produce something tangible.

I felt like I should start this thread here and not on the Cleveland boards because our own fans are biased. The Wiz fans will be biased also, but it's a better place to start it and I'm puzzled as to why no one has started a thread to this effect already.

I know if Arenas had done the exact same thing to Varejao I would be irate and want him suspended. It's only fair and I do think the NBA will do the right thing and suspend LeBron.

I am amazed that a cavs fan is saying this.

BUT theres no way David Stern is going to allow lebron to be suspended just wont happen. David Stern wants him in the NBA finals and with out lebron they cant do s**t.

Do you really think he should be suspended for that?

I mean I understand your not really a Cavs fan, but as a non-biased observer? C'mon...

On behalf of Clevelanders, you have been banished. Please move to Pittsburgh and grow a go-t.

Barkley?

He's the fat ass that had dinner with MJ in the FINALS. I say put that ring on Sir Charles.

No way Stern suspends the golden child, I also would not supped Lebron James. If it's going to be physical, then the refs need to respect both teams.

I saw to many ticky tack fouls for the playoffs yesterday. Let them play.

This is funny. For a Cleveland fan, you sure make an awful lot of posts calling for your golden boy to be suspended. I've never heard of such a thing.

Sounds kinda suspicious does it? That along with the fact that he's never posted on the Cavs board makes me believe he is something other than a Cavs fan.

Hey OutLAW maybe you keep changing his words on the Cavs site. You love that red pen.
Ease up on the smack talk, as long as it's clean.

This is a warning FreeBalling. Jokes about red pen have never been tolerated on Real GM and will not be tolerated now. Another crack like that and you'll be suspended.

The league never released a memo to the media and before now it hadn't been reported, but I was just informed today that LeBron James was actually accessed a retroactive flagrant foul for the elbow he used to clock Andray Blatche in the chin in the first quarter of Game 1.

James popped Blatche as retaliation for a non-call earlier in the game, when James drove to the basket and Blatche hit him in the mouth. James rolled around on the ground after the hit. The next time they ran into each other, Blatche fouled James and as James lifted his arms to separate himself from Blatche, he added an extra blow to the chin.

James didn't receive any penalty during the game, but I was just told that he was given a flagrant foul prior to Game 2. James claimed that he didn't intentionally hit Blatche in the face but apparently the league wasn't buying it.

The news doesn't help the Wizards much, especially since they couldn't turn the flagrant into extra points in the critical first game of this series

WEAK. What the hell is a retroactive flagrant foul? Hey maybe they'll call a few retroactive traveling calls, say from a couple years ago. I'm not about a constant conspiracy mindset, it' s up to the Wiz to win on their own merits and quiet any doubts, but I can't stand a double standard. We should have kept Awvee, he would have earned hisself a flagrant foul and no question about it.

Retroactive flagrant? Hey, how about giving us some proactive free throws tomorrow.
