What a crock. LeBron grabs Songaila's arm, hits his own face with it, and Songaila gets suspended. Stupid. Now we'll have to rely on Blatche, god help us.

Bad ruling, but obviously I think the Wiz can overcome losing him.

when the media only classifies it as a "chicken wing" that might or might not have been caused by the pairs of arms being tangled, you KNOW it's suspension-worthy.

Wish we still had Jahidi White.
We could send him out to show LeBron what a flagrant foul really looks like.

BOOO, THATS HORRIBLE

Well Mr. Blatche, it's time to step up your damn game.

While we all realize that this is ridiculous, are any of us truly surprised?

+1
I'd put the same onus on McGuire, who EJ will have to use as well.

There is no way they looked at that and decided, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that it was intentional. That's Bull$h!t!!!!! He doesn't even have a history of doing this. You suspend people like Rasheed for this crap, not Darius frikkin Songaila

I'm surprised. I think any human being with a firing neuron who looks at the replay will see what happened.

Why did LeBron not get suspended a game when he intentionally elbowed Blatche in the face? Both plays were reviewed by the league and penalties levied. I guess Darius' hit was intentional and LeBron's hit was accidental.
There is no conspiracy!

Honest to God, few things really surprise me any more, but I'm stunned. After reviewing the replay, at least the one Comcast has, how in the world can the suspend him? Don't bother answering that, I know the answer, he offended the queen.
Foul trouble for Haywood and a typical no show from Blatche and we're in a world of hurt.
I know this is crazy but I'm thinking Etan would be a good hard 6 fouls and 6-8 minutes if they could (can they?) activate him.

That is BS

The Chinese have a phrase that's quite applicable here: "Kill the monkey to frighten the tiger". Basically, they're making an example out of Songaila to be sure no one else gets rough in Game 6 or 7. A warning shot.
But its complete junk that LeBron did not get at least fined for popping Blatche in the jaw with the 'bo.

LeBron should have been suspended for his BS elbow to Blatche but what to do you know, there's a double standard. Anyways, it's going to be tough. If Haywood and Blatche get into foul trouble, the Wizards are in some serious crap.

any chance we could dress etan for 1 game. he doesn't need to play, just foul.
