Arenas' points for education program

Mods,
Feel free to merge this with another thread if it fits. I apologize that I'm writing about a topic that is very boring to 95% of the posters on this board, especially on one of the biggest days of the year for all of the "amateur GMs" on this board, but I was hoping for some help, and thought this would be a great place to get it.
I was recently promoted to be the principal of a school that is located about two hours South of DC. It's a rural area, and we have very little money in the budget for anything. Because of the rise in diesel fuel and the struggling economy, our division went significantly over budget in fuel costs last year, so the end of the year money that we usually receive from our school board office does not exist this year. We have also been informed that our division has done away with all field trips for the upcoming year, and is searching for other programs to cut. It gets a little worse, but I won't bore you with the sob story. The bottom line is that we will probably be entering the new school year with an operating budget of less than five digits in our general fund. It's very difficult to enter the school year on a budget this tight.
I am a big time wizards/bullets fan, and have been my entire life. I met Wes Unseld when I was three and was hooked ever since. When Jordan came to Washington, I thought my prayers had been answered. Five years later, I came to the realization that Gilbert Arenas was what this franchise needed all along. I was here for the days when each year looked promising, only to have our dreams destroyed by bad trades, injuries, and rough luck time and time again. The positive energy Gilbert has brought this franchise can't be measured in money. He has resurrected a very frustrating and sinking program.
I also love what Arenas has done for our local schools, and for kids in general. He truly is a better character role model than we could have ever dreamed of as fans. I'm very happy to see that the Bryant jerseys have been replaced with Arenas and Jamison jerseys in my school.
What I'm trying to find out is if anyone on this board has an e-mail address, mailing address, or some sort of contact information so that I may be able to get a letter through to him. Although our school division is probably officially located outside of the Washington Metropolitan area, the majority of our students are redskins/wizards fans, and our school would love to be included in the big lottery pot within which Arenas selects his beneficiary schools to donate. I know how much of a difference he's made in many schools already, and with our budget hitting an all-time low, I can only imagine how much of an impact he could make on our students. A large percentage of our students are on the federal free and reduced lunch program, and could really use a break.
Any help in contact information for Gilbert Arenas or the Wizards PR department that might be able to reach Arenas would be greatly appreciated.
