At least the Wiz have $71.15 million to sign a free agent or two according to the article. Josh Smith & Andre Iguodala anyone?

Hoopsworld is always on top of their game. No one else is reporting this.

I think we should save our cap space for 2010 and offer Lebron and DWade $40 and $30 million per, respectively.
