Anyone up here in Balmer? I have been watching games by myself now for 5 years and sick of it, anyone interested on getting together up here for some games? we can do HD or 8' wall projection.

btw, i'm glad Dixon is back on board, i followed him and blake into the NBA and watched wiz since their beginning.

Long-suffering PG County fan now living near Towson area. It sucks to be a Wiz fan here because nobody talks about the NBA here. It's all Ravens and Orioles which is understandable. I miss the old days when the Bullets used to play here four times a year.

80, i'm in towson/parkville area. let's get together and maybe with some other folks from around here and watch some games or go to some or whatever..

FYI, I grew up in Pikesville/Owings Mills and had season tix to the Bullets at the Civiv Center in the 60s and early 70s. I am still a fanatic about the team...although I now live in Westchester County, NY (about 30 minutes north of Manhattan). I take great joy in the fact that the Knicks suck and they are stuck with Ared Effries.

My heart is still in Baltimore. I call Baltimore my home. If I lived there, I'd be with you on a regular basis.

I used to hang out in the chat rooms here on RealGM before they died an odd death. It was great chatting while watching the games. Wish they'd bring that feature back. It may still be here, but stopped working for the majority of us some time ago.

I'm sure there are some chat rooms on other wiz fan type sites. Seriously, try that if you want some fellow fans and you're not in DC.

PS: I actually had your issue between 1997-2000 when I was first living in DC. I couldn't find any Bullets/Wiz fans period. I watched the games alone, and people actually asked me why I even watched the team. Pretty amazing how things turned around after Wes Unseld got kicked upstairs and Pollin opened his wallet.

I appreciate the offer but I can't watch this team right now with another person. I might throw something. They are unwatchable. Maybe they'll be more interesting when Gil gets back and hopefully they won't be 10 games under .500.
