McGee and Blatche

These guys need more time. McGee is playing well and 4th on team in scoring in less than 20mpg. Etan Thomas should not be playing. You need to develop these guys along with Nick Young to be the future as Jamison, Arenas and Butler age. I'm not sure if McGuire or Pecherov will turn the corner but those other 3 are oozing with talent and are productive, just in need of more minutes.
