Major to Severe Cold outbreak from about Dec 5-Dec 20. Could break records. Anyone remember December 1989? It could be like that
The question is...do we get some storms with the cold or do we waste it. I think our first threat comes Nov 28-29...after that....its anybody's guess but it will certainly be cold enough to snow alot in December
