_____9-20 Home / 4-6 last 10 ______________________ 10-16 Road / 4-6 Last 10

A difficult and disappointing season continues for YOUR Washington Wizards, with the Philadelphia 76ers coming in for a Wednesday night match-up in Chinatown. The Sixers stagger into town, losers of four in a row including a heartbreaking loss on Monday night in New Jersey as Nets G Devin Harris heaved a last second halfcourt shot at the buzzer to beat the Philly squad.

Your Wizards come off of a Saturday night home pasting at the hands of the San Antonio Spurs. The good guys, perhaps bouyed by the news of G Gilbert Arenas and C Brendan Haywood's injury rehab progress, look to get a home win - their third in four games.

We're on pins and needles, Pine.

Don't disappoint us with Luv-a-bulls pics...especially Evadney.

Dayuuuum!! Now dats a gamethread! The Great One is indeed humbled. I had forgotten what true brilliance looks like. You've inspired me great bovine molester. How one such as yourself could bequeath authority to flotsam such as millertime is truly one of life's great mysteries.

Come to think of it, has anyone ever seen Arenas and Pine in the same room at the same time? Hmmmm...

The Wizards always stand a chance against teams that can't shoot from the perimeter. Philly is better than us, but this game is winnable.

Unfortunately, the competition is fierce in the tank race. Sacramento now has the worst team ever assembled. The Clippers aren't even trying anymore. And Minnesota lost Al Jefferson. At least OKC and Memphis appear to be trying.

I dont think we will get the Critt start like we all want but I wouldnt be shocked if Blatche gets his job back considering Philly's athletic frontcourt. On the other hand Tap probably thinks that Darius can bully those guys inside

been to quite a few this season

going tonight courtesy of the Wiz with some freebies (on the hill natch)

probably no time on a weeknight for any pre-game festivities

Welcome back Pine! I'm surprised you didn't pick your old fav dancer
from the Wiz squad though. She's def become my fav of the bunch.
She walks with personality.

If I were Tapp, I'd start the game by iso-ing Tough Juice on Willie Green (or Iggy) relentlessly. Station Song at the top of the key ready to catch and shoot (and pull Dally away from the hoop); put Jamison on the strong side corner; James at the weak side 3-pt line elbow extended and McGuire on the weak side box. Then I'd tell Caron to go at it for about 5 possessions in a row, kick when you're doubled or back down your man and shoot over him (particularly if guarded by Green) if they don't.

Andre Miller is going to kill us. We never do well against Gs like him.

Go Wiz.

I bet Arenas is having fits with the thought that Caron is taking his position as starting s/g. with DMAC starting at s/f. We all know that Gilbert is an undersized s/g and secretly wants to be the primary s/g on this team but with Butler being a tweener s/f incapable of guarding big s/f..arenas will continue to be forced to guard p/g against his wishes. I know gilbert is secretly wishing Caron were traded thus allowing Gil to start at s/g with dom starting at s/f since DOm would cover gil being a tweener s/g on defense.
