Probably not. It's a standard Marvel movie in every sense. I thought it was fine.

Best movies of 2017 that I've seen:

1. Call Me By Your Name
2. Phantom Thread
3. Lady Bird
4. The Shape of Water
5. Blade Runner
6. Dunkirk
7. The Post
8. Get Out

Last: Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri (movie was trash and wildly overrated)

I haven't seen Darkest Hour, and I'm probably forgetting a bunch.

ok im gonna be that guy. Is that list in order GTN? Is it politically charged? (I have not seen Call Me By Your Name), everyone was hyping up Moonlight a year ago, watched it and thought it was 2/3 horrible.

you're telling me Call me by your name and Lady Bird are actually good movies (better than BR2049 and Dunkirk) not just an agenda that you support? and I should watch them?

honest question, not trying to be a dick

Lol I didn’t rank objectively bad movies - only ones I thought were good. BR2049 and Dunkirk were two of my favorite movies of the year.

The only political movies I mentioned were The Post and 3 Billboards. The Post was good and 3 Billboards was bad imo.

Not everything is a leftist Soros conspiracy my dude

I don't really remember everything I saw in 2016, but I thought Moonlight and Lala Land were both good and deserving, and I remember thinking Hacksaw Ridge was terrible and not deserving of a best picture nomination.

I haven't seen any of these movies, but I doubt any of them can measure up to The Brainiac (1962) for sheer artistic criminality, obvious though indecipherable political agenda, and edge-of-your-seat chewing gum. They don't make 'em like they used to.

Real or scripted (and it purports to be real), “Push” on Netflix is an absolutely must see.The experiment is to see if a good man can be socially pressured into killing an innocent man, by a magician. I wish it was mandatory for life.

It does.

Saw it Wednesday night. Liked it. If you like Marvel movies it makes the grade.

It's Coming to America morphed with Captain America, Winter Soldier. The Wokunda warrior tribe fights evil forces. Time and space travel ensues. Loved the cinematography. Romantic action thriller.

I'm glad I went to see it. It's uplifting.

Worst movie of the year? In the movie "Snatched", I briefly walk by Goldie Hawn and Amy Schumer.

Amy Schumer has a nice smile. At one point Pierce Brosnan appeared on the set. From a distance Ms Hawn seems mellow and gracious.

When the movie came to the theater... let's just say it wasn't the best. Regardless, I will always treasure that memory.

Why does SNL continue to have athletes (Charles Barkley) host the show? The skits are never funny because the athletes are NOT actors, it never works 90% of the time.

Thought Amy's first movie was pretty good, Trainwreck. LeBron actually stole the movie and she's a Towson grad. :D
