I'm watching a show on Amazon that I think might be the best thing I've ever seen on TV. It's called "The Bureau." It's about spies, double agents, adventure, and the like -- with much of the action (though not all) taking place in Syria, Iraq & Iran. I can't believe how well it's plotted, directed, acted & shot; the level of tension is amazing -- & seems to increase constantly!

The show is French; it's centered on their equivalent of the CIA or England's MI5. The CIA, Mossad, etc. also figure in. If subtitles bother you that might be a problem. But, honestly, it's amazing. Give it a try!

The Bureau is on Amazon Prime, but you do need a Sundance channel subscription for a few bucks a month in order to watch it. There are 5 seasons. My wife & I are so hooked that we watch on average 2 episodes a night.

Don't miss it.
