47 views and no help given? I never played ball in DC so I'm afraid I'm no help, but there are some guys on this board who can point you in the right direction. Come on people, step up.

There are a ton of places, but it depends on your skill level. I'm mediocre, play some at the outdoor court at 17th and P NW, some at the Y in Dupont, some at the Sports Club in Columbia Heights.

They have classes for hooping all over. Just Google it. My girlfriend did it for a couple weeks. But, I think she stopped when she thought I was too transfixed by her instruction video -- which looked something like this:

LOL Well, you know, the flood of Victoria Secrets tossed at Elvis came not because of his dulcet tones, but mostly came in reaction to his pelvic thrusts (or hula hooping without the hoop).

There's a good court at Kalorama park right near Adams Mo. that's where I play some. Are you good and how old are you? Also, what's your availability- courts usually have their game times.
