The Washington Wizards have acquired Minnesota Timberwolves guards Randy Foye(notes) and Mike Miller(notes) for Etan Thomas(notes), Oleksiy Pecherov(notes) and Darius Songaila and the fifth pick in Thursday’s NBA draft, a league executive with knowledge of the deal told Yahoo! Sports.

Wow....not really a big fan of the deal.

This is a solid deal for Washington. One of the best deals of the year.

Well we strengthened our backup PG and SG/SF spot while getting rid of three scrubs. Still I thought we could have done better...

its actually not a horrible trade....Miller is better than Hughes..and Foye was a very high lottery pick a few years ago....Miller is going to make us very dangerous...he can rebound and get alot of assists too..very good all around player

does Randy Foye make Jamison play better defense?

Yeah...really can't complain. Miller is solid and EG did manage to get Foye as well who had a killer year last year.

I must say....

I LOVEEEEEEEEEEE THIS DEAL!!!! HELL YEAH! Get rid of Etan, Darious, O-Pec, for Foye AND Mike Miller!?!?!? I'd take Foye over Tyreke Evans, DeRozen, and Steph Curry anyday. I would of loved to see this team draft Jordan Hill though but whatever! I am a huge Randy fan since his days at Nova and he was the last person I'd see the Wolves trading away!
