Blatche to Dallas? How?

What would it take to get Andray Blatche from the Wizards? We need some bigs with fresh legs that can score, and that would be Blatche.
We don't have much to offer, but we can give cap relief if you need it or some decent backups for your team.

Oh, I don't think it would take decent backups for a deal to happen. We're extremely deep in the front court and Blatche's $3 million a year deal is a real albatross 'round our necks. The truth is that for us, a young, skilled 7 footer who's just starting to come into his own is just not what the franchise needs right now.
Ideally we'd like to get an old guard with a long term contract.

Nothing you got, unless you're willing to part with Dirk.

The Wizards need big man depth too so it's unlikely the Wizards/Mavs can work anything out. Dallas had its chance to acquire Blatche with its MLE during the 2007 offseason.

I think the best we could offer to you is this
Jawai
Humphries
OKC 2nd rounder next year.

Then you should look at another team...

Here is a long shot deal that could make sense: Blatche, Mike James and Stevenson for Dampier.
This is not so much for Dampier as a player, but because of his contract(big and unguaranteed next year).
It would also give the Wizards immediate savings. This trade also would only happen during the season. If Blatche seems to the Mavs to be the missing piece and only if the Wizards seem to be an impact player short. Or this could be part of a 3 way deal where the Wizards get some win-now help and the Mavs get a prospect(Blatche).
