Euroquarter finals, it should be decent hoops to watch and it's on ESPN 360.

I'm watching the game right now. Entertaining basketball and Rubio looks pretty good out there from what I've seen so far.
I like the way the game is called, they should get these refs and forget about renewing the contracts of the current refs.

ARGH!!! I don't have access from here, I'm gonna have to catch the re-broadcast. I really did want to take a look at Rubio again, and Claver also .

closq00, I'm in the same boat. It's not being broadcast here, either.
Guess I'll have to get my hoops fix later.

Dare I say that this basketball is more entertaining then NBA basketball? Much better teamwork on both offense and defense as well as more physical play.

It's rare that you get 10 NBA players at one time in an international game.

I watched the replay. Rubio is ernest on defense at-least, is a good facilitator, and he does pick off passes on-occasion, but that's about it for now. I think Flynn & Sessions would run circle around. However, he his very young (20?) & has tons of upside. Rudy & Gasol were money for Spain also.

That Spanish team would be a very good NBA team IMO. Navarro and Fernandez with Rubio in the backcourt. Both Gasols, Reyes, Mumbra, Garbajosa in the frontcourt so good that Claver got 1 minute against France.
Spain vs Cleveland Cavs -- I take Spain in that game, I think ...

CCJ - If you have a high-speed connection, you can watch the replay and finals via the ESPN web site and it was free when I watched it.
Agree with you on the Spanish team, it took our all-stars to beat them so I think they could beat many NBA teams, they are very good.

Greece defeated Turkey 76-74 in overtime on Friday to advance to the semifinals of the European basketball championships.
Turkey guard Ender Arslan forced overtime with a layup at the buzzer in regulation. However, his three-pointer at the buzzer in overtime bounced out.
Greece will play Spain in the semifinals on Saturday.
Hopefully Greece will give Spain a game today, looking forward to seeing "Baby Shaq" today.
The game is at 12:30 peeps online on ESPN 360.

ESPN 360 is available via broadband, but only if your ISP has a deal with ESPN. As a Time Warner broadband subscriber, I can't access ESPN 360 content.

Spain is just too-good, they are up 15 on Greece. Good to see Nick Calathes & Baby Shaq in-action. Baby Shaq can really get up and down the court quickly for a guy his size. Like DeJuan Blair and Big Baby, Sofo has no lift so he's getting his shot swatted-away up-top from the Gasol bros.

Calathes can get to the rim pretty easily but it's no good if he can't finish or draw a foul.

It's a wrap, Spain wins the gold easily. Like CCJ said, this Spanish team could beat many NBA teams. Ricky didn't impress anyone, but Paul Gaso was clearly the MVP of Eurobasket.
