Wiz play the Griz tonight at 7 at VCU. Anyone going?
Game is on new radio flagship, 106.7 FM, and available online. I don't think it's on TV?

Hopefully I will be going, since I live a block away from it. Is the game sold out yet?

Im a Knicks fan, but since I live here in Richmond VA, and I love basketball I cant pass up on this, I'll be there. Look forward to seeing how everyone looks, especailly all my Uconn guys.

The game is not sold out. Someone who lives near the VCU arena give me a decent restaurant/bar to pregame at that would allow me to walk to the arena.

IDK, it is a boring Preseason game but it doesnt get more star studded than this. You have the Wiz who are home or very close to home with new guys in Foye, Miller, and Oberto. You have the possible return of Gil. You have fan favorites like McGee & NY and you also have the new coach in Flip. On the other side you have another guy who's close to home in Gay. You have basicaly a hometown guy in AI on a new team. You have other stars like Mayo, Randolf, and the #2 pick in the draft. Its probably still something to laugh at but at the same time, I wouldnt be shocked if it did have a huge turnout, all things conisdered

Sportswiz just said that indeed NY will start and so will the big 4. That should be fun to watch. He also said that Flip said that he doesnt want to yo yo Gil much so when he comes out, he may not come back in

There is a place called The Camel down broad street. They might have a bar. Also on Cary Street, their is a place called Mojo's that has really awesome food and drinks. Both places are about a 10 minute walk from the arena.

It is a bit confusing since there are several "Wizards" fan pages. not sure which-one is "official"

The game was sold out by the time I went to get tickets. I guess I'll just be playing NBA 2k10 tonight instead.
