Is he hurt or not?
If he is, why is he playing.
If not why is he not playing more, and better.

Foye has proven that he is not a PG. Boykins took his PG minutes. That just left the SG minutes.
Foye is undersized at SG so Flip decided to start Young five games ago against Dwyane Wade for defensive purposes. Young proved to be a revelation defensively and has usurped the starting SG role. Now Foye is relegated to spot minutes at backup SG alone, and he doesn't even get to do that much because Arenas has been sliding over to SG alongside Boykins in crunch time.
Barring injury, I don't see many minutes for Foye unless Young or Boykins regress. Foye is going to get 5-10 minutes on most nights, plus maybe the occassional 18-minute effort if he's on fire, and maybe a few DNP CD's.

Foye is a young player in a contract year. I think he needs to go someplace where he can get minutes and FGAs.
It would be great to trade him for a defensive PG like Lowry, or as part of a package to get Battier (not happening, IMO).

While that might be nice for him, I'm not sure the team should feel
any special obligation to him simply because he's in a contract year.
That said, we've been thinking Lowry for a couple years now, almost
like we'd been thinking of MM. If we could get him here, I would
probably like that.
