Gilbert Arenas is overrated and overpaid

Gilbert Arenas takes a ton of shots each game and shoots a poor percentage just to keep his individual scoring average up. Will he ever become a team player, or is he more concerned with personal stats and proving he is the same player prior to injury? Its clear he's not, he's lost his vertical for one.
