why is it that I get locked for a harmless suggestion, and somebody else says something stupid/retarted and its about 50000 hits and messages...wtf??? I find that

Then go elsewhere. The rules have been stated. The only person muting you is...you. If you follow the rules and post thoughts in pre-existing threads, there would be no problem and people would have a chance to respond to your posts.
