Im trying to tell you guys, its gonna take more than a couple of trades to change this franchise.
They need a franchise makeover. New unis, colors, logos, and a new attitude towards winning. We have to get rid of the bad misfortunes of this team. and the way to do that is burn and destroy the wizards colors, logos, unis, etc. NOT TO BE WORN AGAIN EVER! The hawks did it, why not us?

This franchise needs a new rejuvenation around this town. Agree???

Ive turn my back on this franchise UNTIL new players arrive, the wizards logos and unis BURNED TO HELL, and a commitment to winning. Starting with the front office. And hire new trainers if possible, players break like glass on this team....

The biggest change we need is moving Caron to the 2 and chaning Flip's system which is like oil & water with these players. I think we would actually be playing alot better with EJ right now. In regards to CB I think that in the Princeton he was a perfect fit at the 3 and could dominate but when you saw the idiot Tapscott moved him to the SG spot he sucked. He looked so average and was horrible most of the time. Now in this system its the exact opposite. I dont think Caron has changed that much or regressed. I think the system just doesnt fit him, atleast not at the 3. I think he's a much better fit at the 2 in Flip's system so we should go big.

or like I said last year, just switch the spots. I didnt mind Tap starting Dom last year but I said the whole time that Dom should play the 2 on Offense and Caron should play the 3. All year he did it the other way around until the end and then Caron starting to beast again late. I say the exact same thing now. You can still start NY or Miller but let them play the 3 and let Caron play the 2. He can still guard the 3 on D if you want but he has to play the 2 in this system or you might as well get him out of here because he is nothing. He just doesnt like the system and feels that he is always either getting phased out or getting the ball in spots that arent his spots.

I actually feel that Gil is not too different. Gil is just great so he will be good no matter what but I seriously dont know if Gil will ever look as good as he could look in the Princeton. The system I think will hold Gil back some and make Caron look average. AJ will look like a GOD though because its perfect for him. The bottom line is that we arent going to win unless Caron is Caron so you have to make changes for him. Move him to the 2 or run alot more Princeton plays specifically for him. We still have Unseld Jr. who knows the sytem. Flip's system to me seems so redundant as we run the pick & roll 85% of the time. We just do it over & over again. Then the other 15% the plays seem so slow developing & deliberate. Its too mechanical. Again, people can rip our D all they want but we still use to win some games with our O but our O is average right now. Even when we are scoring alot of points you dont get the feeling that we are explosive anymore or have a great O that no one can stop.

1 big problem we have is that we have almost too many scorers and the system allows basically no indivduality. Flip keeps crying about how all our guys get upset if they dont get the ball and he's never had a team that has done that but the fact is we have 10x more scorers then he ever has. Minny never had a ton of pure scorers and in Detroit they were famous for having basically just a starting 5 and they all played close to 40min per game. Add to that Big Ben is not a scorer so everyone is easily going to get there shots. Thats why no one complained. Caron himself is probably the best natural scorer Flip has ever had so thats not even counting AJ & Gil. Then you add in guys who have scored in this league like Foye, Miller, Blatche, NY, and James. Thats not even counting a guy like McGee who has a scorers mentality and Wood who wants his touches. Thats why they are upset over shots. Then that goes to the individuality part. If you watched him in Minny & Detroit, its a team system. Its based on all 5 guys being equal and it runs like clockwork. He never had any great pure individual scorers. They all are moreso system type guys.

Are guys are the complete opposite. They can score on isos and they are money if you get them in spots. Gil is money off the high screen like Wade but Flip never calls that play. If he does, its not nearly the same type of play that EJ ran where Gil is now one on one with the Center. We never get that matchup anymore. I also saw early in the year where Flip said something dumb like he always wants the PG to go to the right side of the screen. Why do that and be predictable? I just see an O where guys are like forced to do things that they dont like. The system itself is a bad fit, atleast right now. It does in some ways remind me of the triangle in terms of being deliberate and all the players hate at 1st until they get use to it so hopefully it will come around but that was a huge worry of mine before the season and it still is. It also seems like it just kills the team emotinaly because they feel boring and start to play with no energy
