Flip Saunders and the Direction of the Franchise

I am curious how everyone thinks Flip Saunders fits with the youth movement this franchise is looking to establish. He is not known as a young guy's coach, but I'd like to point out he was the coach of a young Kevin Garnett and Stephon Marbury.

Personally, I think having an experienced coach for a young team is a good thing. What do you all think? Do the Wizards need to look for a coach that fits with the youth movement or do you think Flip is willing and able to accept this challenge he has in front of him?

Oops, I didn't see the similar discussion in the Sucky Flip Thread.

Carry on, nothing to see here.

A cool "Naked Gun" reference justifies this or any other thread.

"Is this some kind of a bust, officer?"

"Yes, it's very impressive, ma'am, but we're here to discuss police business."
