Bill Walker didn't get a lot of playing time in Boston, but he's getting an opportunity to play in New York.

"He's definitely going to play, somebody we want to look at here on out. And he impressed the heck out of me," Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni said. "[He's] 22 years old and we just want to keep working with him, and hopefully he can be a good contributor ... going forward."

Walker scored seven points in 13 minutes of action in his New York debut on Tuesday night.

Keep an eye-out for Billy Walker. Walker was drafted and sold for cash by Ernie Grunfeld. That's what Ernie does, sells and trades draft picks.

This is a huge huge huge game. Now I know you may say that it cant be huge between these 2 teams but its huge in the sense of finding out how we will play the rest of the year, win or lose. I think we couldve been a very solid team the rest of the year but the Howard injury may have been the final straw to break the camels back. He fit the system so well and the one thing we were missing was his speed, athleticism, and slashing ability. It opens up the whole floor. Thats why I was shocked when we picked up Harris instead of a guy who is fast & slashes. The question is are we garbage without Howard, were the Grizz just a horrible matchup for us, or is reality setting in and the adrenaline has worn off. The Grizz right now are a horrible matchup for us after the trades and the Howard injury, even moreso than some of the elite teams but we are also no doubt a lesser team without Howard and sorely miss what he brings.

Thats why the Livingston pickup was so interesting. He gives us a little of that even though its a different position and he doesnt bring that toughness of Howard. Still, we really needed a PG since Foye & Boykins kill the O alot of times by being shoot 1st guys. If we are still a solid team without Howard then we should win these games but if not then this will be a long end to the season even with the young guys playing. Last game was the 1st game where we became really boring like the team we had before the trade and no one wants to watch a losing team like that. I dont mind losing but let it be exciting with energy & hustle.

If Shaun does play well soon then he might has to start because I dont see him & Boykins being a great fit on the 2nd unit. In one case its perfect because its big & small together but on the flip side both guys want the ball in there hands. I think it would be better with Shaun starting and then Boykins & Foye together with Foye playing the 2 because he’s pretty basic at running the O. Thats probably a few games away though either way and thats only if Shaun has something left. Either way, it will be fun to see if Blatche can put up 30 & 10 on these guys tonight

the idiot McGee was late for shootaround so isnt starting. I wonder how this will change the way Blatche plays since they said he will be at the 5 tonight. It could be no change at all or maybe even make him better but I just dont like changes at this point. I would also still rather he not guard Lee right off the bat but now he might do that. McGee also screwed up because if we win then I could see Flip starting Singelton every night

Blatche is probably going to be our PF for a long, long time. PF and SF looks to be set for next year. We just need help at PG, SG, and C. Maybe Arenas fills one of those spots, maybe not. But we really can be competitive next year if we just get the right pieces. It's currently the Thornton/Blatche show.

McGee late for shoot around so he didnt start.

I actually like this rotation so far except off course Im not happy Blatche has to play center. But at least you knew SIngleton would give sold D effort to start the game.

Now McGee come in.. Dunk.. Block.. 1 min. Nice.

AT looking good so far. MM still not shooting enough and now off to the locker after a dive.

Knicks don't have a front-line out there??? If we ran plays for Blatche & McGee it would be a long night for the Knicks.

The Wizards have to seriously regret trading that #5 pick. As can be seen, it's just not easy to come up with a Top 5 pick. This franchise has been terrible forever, but yet how many Top 5 picks has it had? The last 2 have been traded away.

knicks suck they dont even care that they have all star tmac on the team dont even bother looking to pass to him or nothing just take ridiculous shots over and over . There playing no sort of defense wat so ever . They need to change how there playing if they at least expect to win a couple of games before season ends.

Any word on Singleton, does it look like a serious injury, was he on the bench? He was doing awesome for my fantasy team so far tonight, damn.

Singleton out for the game.

Rest of the team decided not to come out of the locker room at the end of halftime. Let's see if they ever wake up.
