I agree with this. I hate that conference tournaments even exist. They can invalidate a whole season's worth of accomplishments (at least in the minds of some fans).

Well that's obvious, but You didn't metioned that, and by far the one who wins title (which in most conferences is given in the tourneys) is the champion, and that's something you must know as a Spurs fan :wink:

It is just a way to make more money off of students and alumni... I don't see any reason why we should have the conference tournaments. Students are out of school enough if they make the big dance.
