I think we all knew this day was coming, but I was really holding out hope that he would be able to go one more season, and try to make another Final Four run.

He was an outstanding coach and I am sure he will be missed by all Arizona fans and college basketball fans. It will be critical that Arizona find a worthy replacement.

To me Lute has been an embarrassment to Arizona the last two years, glad to see him go. He was a great coach until the last few years.
