Ohio State can't beat Northwestern without the Officials

Officials took over the game in overtime. Soft foul after soft foul. Worst thing I've watched in basketball this year.

You must not have watched the game much. The amount of fouls on Sullinger was insane, and so many were uncalled.

I'm specifically talking about overtime. The rest of the game was fine. My problem was that sullinger got every 50-50 call in overtime. There is no way to play post defense at any level without contact, and sure you should give the guy SOME calls, but if the guy with the ball initiates contact (which sullingers was actively trying to do) and there isn't an obvious hack, you can't just put the guy on the line. The way the refs called the overtime ANY college post player with at least average strength would go to the line everytime.

Sullinger gets fouled a lot in the post. A lot of it isn't called because he is so huge and immovable, kind of like a mini Shaq. The biggest call the refs missed was the 3 after the shot clock expired that got Northwestern into overtime.
