March Madness on Demand

Does anyone else have problems with the march madness on demand streaming service. When I try to watch a game it pauses every 3 or 4 seconds. I wouldn't make sense for it to be my computer because its has a good processor and a lot of RAM. I dont think its my internet connection seeing as we have high speed internet. I cant figure out why it does it. Figured somebody here would know
