Pierre Jackson: Can he play in the NBA?

Pierre Jackson, 5'9-5'10, a physical freak, with ~42inch vertical. I really like him, and I would like to know your opinion about him. Can he play in the NBA? I mean PLAY, not ride the bench for 48 minutes. He's averaging about 20 points, with 6 assists, on 45% shooting.
