How does that make him a dick?
He's a basketball player. He has no obligation to take a picture for every shlub that wants to throw up a picture of him/herself with Wiggins on Instagram.
I'd find it annoying if I went out to grab some fast food and everytime I'd have to sign autographs, take pictures, etc...and each time I decline I'm suddenly called a jerk or whatever...the people asking for pics, etc are just as entitled as the "Celebrity".
