Sticking with my Bracket and picking UCLA to the championship.

The Love/Dorsey match-up will be great.

Westbrook on Rose, Dorsey on Love. Can't wait. I got UCLA.
Jerry Reinsdorf; the undisputed king of allowing his GM's to run amok with unchecked power and ego. :king:

Howland knows how to play Memphis (ala 2 years ago). I think UCLA win win as they will slow it down and Memphis' FT shooting will let them down (unless they shoot like they did yesterday).

I wonder how much UCLA will have to pay the refs for this win?

2 years ago it was a home game for UCLA.

This time San Antonio is alot closer to Memphis and we haven't forgotten 2 years ago. Memphis fans will be there in droves.

UCLA had better bring its A game, because Memphis will, good luck to you.

You have a very odd sense of what qualifies as a home game. It'd be a little bit like calling a game played at Ohio State a Michigan home game.

UCLA's defense will give Memphis trouble. UCLA is the better team in the clutch. Love's outside game will be very hard for Memphis to defend. I'm going UCLA.

Oh, I'm sorry.

343 miles from Los Angeles to Oakland VS. 2084 miles from Memphis.

I can completely see how that could be misconstrued.

Who could possibly see that University of CALIFORNIA at LA wouldn't have any homecourt advantage in CALIFORNIA down the road a scant 5 hours for college students and fans in the NCAA tournament Elite 8 over those from TENNESSEE over 2000 miles away.

Tell you what, let's see if they'll let it play in Nashville and see if the crowd dynamics change?
Call me crazy but, it just might.

Anyway, I can't wait to see this game!

I would certainly agree that having to travel less, and being able to stay in the same time zone helped the UCLA team. But actual home court advantage from fans, not so sure. I would not be certain at all that UCLA fans dominated the stadium.

Hell, for some perspective, I went to the UCLA-Wisconsin Rose Bowl game a few years back. This was of course literally on UCLA's home turf, so you probably would think it was like a home game for them. In fact it was the opposite, the stadium was a sea of red, and it clearly rattled the UCLA players. If UCLA fans won't travel en masse to their home stadium, I wouldn't count on them doing so elsewhere.

Good first half. I'm loving Rose more and more. He'd really look good in a Wolves jersey.
