As a Notre Dame fan I'm obviously excited about the upcoming season. They seem to be a consensus Top 10 team. But I'm really starting to doubt they'll stay there after the Big East schedule was released. I mean, look at this stretch they have from mid-January on.

1/12 @ Louisville
1/17 @ Syracuse
1/24 Connecticut
1/26 Marquette
1/31 @ Pittsburgh
2/4 @ Cincinnati
2/7 @ UCLA (Just thrown in for fun to make things as tough as possible apparently)
2/12 Louisville

Cincinnati's the only team who won't be ranked. Louisville, UCLA, Pitt and UConn could all be in the Top 10.

Notre Dame's schedule is a tough one. Because of that toughness I doubt that they will be in the top 10 at the end of the season. Notre Dame could be the 7th best team in the Big East this year so I find it hard to believe that they would be in the top 10.
