OK no one has placed Wisconsin ob the bubble for a while. But at the end of the day 4-11 vs top 50 was just too much for them to overcome. The quality of those 4 victories was hardly overwhelming..... can't justify selecting them over Maryland or Arizona.

As I trypically am, I tend to be generous to mid-majors, and it is usually my one error at the end of the day.

Not alot of people are not including Wisconin, but there RPI is in the 40's where you get closely scrutized. They have some nice wins, but they had 15 chances at top 50 games, and only won 4.

I know that I have a few bracket violations regarding teams that have already met this year (they can't meet until the round of 16) (kanssa-temple, Wake-byu(... but everything else has been followed, including having the top 4 seeds as close to home as poissible, as well as the 13-16 seeds.

Also followed the rule which required that any league with multi-bids must have its top three teams in different regions. Also followed the "convention", no longer a rule, that teams from a same conference should not meed until the round of 16.

But at the end of the day people care about seeds, and who's in/out, so the bracket rules are just geeky stuff.

The one seed picture is pretty interesting. Stll have six contenders including UConn, Pitt, Louisville, UNC, Duke, Michigan St. My above bracket is based on projecting that Louisville and Michigan St win there conferences.

Penn State with it's most succesful season, and you don't have them in the dance? Did they have to win the B-10 tourney in order to get in in your mind?

Why on earth would Illinois get a #4 and FSU a #5. FSU is ranked higher, went deeper into a tougher tourney and has a better RPI and SOS.

Why is Utah going to Miami and FSU going to Boise! I could have gone to Boise! ****!
