I just want to give my respect to CBS and the NCAA for the way they are covering this tournament. I can't even count how many times I've tried to watch something online from any of the networks and it comes up with a screen saying "Not Available In Your Area". CBS/NCAA could have charged money to watch this, but they are offering every game for free to international viewers.
The privelege to watch games (when not sleeping or at work) from Japan is much appreciated.

It's really soft that you can't switch games when ads are running on the game you're watching. Apart from that, I love how you can control the quality of the video to suit your internet connection. This is the best online coverage that CBS has ever had and compared to last year's "this is not available in your area" and "VIP only" malarkey, it's been enjoyable to watch the games I want specifically in HD quality

yeah thats pretty lame that you cant switch games during ads. i just kept the launch window in a tab, closed and launched. i'd rather watch greg gumbel talk for 15 secs over another 2 minutes of ads.

It's strange that they are so intent on us watching the ads, seeing as how so many of the viewers are in another country.
Even if I wanted Arby's, I'm 2500 miles from the nearest one.

luckily there's KFC's aplenty in Japan though, so if a commercial for The Colonel comes on, get your coat on and go grab a bucket of chicken. And McDonalds in Kyoto w/ a nice earthy brown colored sign

(they don't want the normal colored McDonalds sign offending the natural beauty of the city, that's a true story)

The Kyoto fast food scene has been devastated since Wendy's left the Sanjo area.
