Marin Kukoc, son of Toni, commits to Penn

Post#1 » by Livno » Wed Feb 24, 2010 1:34 am

Penn has added to its recruiting class for the 2010-11 season in a big way.

Yesterday, 6-foot-6 wingman Marin Kukoc, the son of former Chicago Bulls’ standout Toni Kukoc, announced his commitment to Penn.

Hi there NCAA fans!

I'm from Croatia and I don't know much about NCAA and Highschool basketball. I would like to ask has anyone saw how Marin plays? And also has anyone saw other Croatian talent Duje Dukan? 6'8 SF, son of Bulls scout Ivica who comited to Wisconsin. I only saw some you tube clips and read few articles abot them, but I would like to here how good they are from somebody who saw them playing. Could they at least have decent euroleague carers one day? thanks

I'll know more about Dukan when he gets to Wisconsin. I don't follow high school basketball but I do follow college and he is coming to my favorite team. He is going to learn under a good coach. Bo Ryan teaches good fundamentals and I'm sure if the kid has any talent Bo will get him to a level where he could have a Euroleague or D-League career easily. There are former Badgers in both leagues right now doing just fine.

We regularly talk about the Wisconsin Badgers on the Milwaukee Bucks board so feel free to stop by next season when we will talk about the games and if he is getting any playing time we will be able to tell you everything then. Sorry I can't be of more help right now.
