It is still very early in the season, and the CBA hasn't even received an official start date yet (I don't think?). This list is sort of slapped together based mostly on the results of the first few games with only a little bit of predictive projection, and I have not been able to follow as many leagues as I'd ultimately like to. I have a lot of French players here. But I did want to get a list of prospects together and get a list started to hopefully build from as the season goes on!
