Thought I'd share a couple thoughts I had about your predictions.
- The line about Evan Turner becoming a Magic/Grant Hill hybrid cracked me up. You're also dreaming if you think he'll average 17, 7, and 6 in his first year.
- Wesley Johnson is yet another wing, and he's 23 already, which makes him just as old as the rest of New Jersey's wings. If he does go this high (Which he won't) it won't be New Jersey picking him.
- Jamychal Green at 9? Really?
- Having Scotty Hopson in the lottery is a joke. It's even funnier when you have him getting drafted before Willie Warren.
I see what you're trying to do here. You're basing these selections off of what you think each team's management will do. The thing is, based on your predictions, you seem to think that these teams are run by functional retards, and that just isn't the case.

Lol, I'm prolly the only one in the world that won't make fun of you for the Wolves picking Turner #1. The draft can't get here soon enough.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback. Overall, have you read a mock draft as entertaining as mine?

And now, the top 10 picks of the 2011 NBA draft ...
With the 1st pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the Washington Wizards select C Hassan Whiteside (comparison: Marcus Camby / David Robinson)
Why? The Wizards are rebuilding inside-out this time, and Whiteside is the key to actualizing that plan.
With the 2nd pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the New Jersey Nets select F/C Greg Smith (comparison: ??)
Why? As they did with Brook Lopez, the Nets aren't drafting for flash but for reliable talent (and size).
With the 3rd pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the Indiana Pacers select PG Eric Bledsoe (comparison: ??)
Why? The Pacers simply draft the best point guard available who can make a difference soon.
With the 4th pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the Sacramento Kings select G Alec Burks (comparison: Eddie Jones)
Why? If the Kings don't think an Tyreke Evans-Kevin Martin back court can work, they're going to draft someone who can play effectively alongside Evans.
With the 5th pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the Houston Rockets select F Perry Jones (comparison: Tracy McGrady / Anthony Randolph)
Why? Things didn't go as expected with T-Mac 1.0, but that won't be the case for the taller T-Mac 2.0.
With the 6th pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the Philadelphia 76ers select G Brandon Knight (comparison: ??)
Why? Iggy and AI may not be on the team at this point, which means that Knight and Holiday will be the Sixers' back court of the future.
With the 7th pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the Detroit Pistons select F Terrence Jones (comparison: Joe Johnson / Chris Bosh)
Why? Because T-Jones will be their point forward face of the franchise like Grant Hill.
With the 8th pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the Milwaukee Bucks select F Arnett Moultrie (comparison: ??)
Why? Milwaukee is, by and large, a small team, and they need to strengthen their front line.
With the 9th pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the Golden State Warriors select F Keith "Tiny" Gallon (comparison: Kevin Love / Antawn Jamison)
Why? The Warriors think they've learned their lesson: Stop drafting skinny dudes. Now they've drafted a heavy guy with surprisingly good perimeter skills.
With the 10th pick in the 2011 NBA draft, the Minnesota Timberwolves select F Kevin Seraphin (comparisons: ??)
Why? The T-Wolves couldn't hold on to Rubio, but they promised to do something for their international fans.
