His knees would really have to be messed up. Dejuan Blair like.

Even then, still seems ridiculous. I remember thinking I would much rather have Blair than Thabeet, only to see them go 35 picks apart.

I really see Kanter slipping in the draft. I don't even think the NBA combine can save his draft stock.

On the other hand, Johnson is playing like a stud.

1. Cleveland Cavaliers - C Jonas Valanciunas - Lietuvos Rytas
- Valanciunas is still first on my mock (until Cleveland loses its top spot).

2. Sacramento Kings - PG Kyrie Irving - Duke
- Irving is a need for Sacramento at point.

3. Minnesota T'Wolves - SG/SF Harrison Barnes - North Carolina
- Not a fan of Barnes game but he's playing pretty well. He's the type of wing player Minnesota could use.

4. Washington Wizards - PF Jared Sullinger - Ohio State
- Williams could be taken at this pick. However, I would have to go with Sullinger.

5. Toronto Raptors - PF Derrick Williams - Arizona
- Williams is the best player at this point.

6. Utah Jazz - G Jimmer Fredette - Brigham Young
- This pick is based off of Utah's recent draft history. If I were a GM, he wouldn't be this high.

7. Detroit Pistons - PF Perry Jones - Baylor
- I don't know why Jones is still a top 3 pick in some people's minds. His stock has been dropping over the weeks.

8. Cleveland Cavaliers - G Kemba Walker - Connecticut
- I question Walker's NBA potential, especially if he intends to be a shooting guard. That said, you can't deny the fact that Walker is playing pretty well.

9. Milwaukee Bucks - F Terrence Jones - Kentucky
- He's the best player available for Milwaukee.

10. Charlotte Bobcats - PF John Henson - North Carolina
- This is a pretty easy choice for Jordan and company.

11. Indiana Pacers - SG Alec Burks - Colorado
- Indiana is in need of a scorer. Burks provides scoring and more with his NBA size.

12. Golden State Warriors - F Jan Vesely - Partizan
- Vesely is the type of player who would flourish in a quick pace offense. I like this potential pick for Golden State.

13. Houston Rockets - C Enes Kanter - Kentucky
- I'm not sold on Kanter but Houston needs a center going forward. Kanter will get pick high enough (he shouldn't) on name alone.

14. Utah Jazz - PF/C Donatas Motiejunas - Bennetton Basket
- Motiejunas shows some NBA potential (exceptional ballhandling skills for a big man). However, his game is more suited for basketball played in Europe. He may opt to stay with his current team one more year.

15. Philadelphia 76ers - PF Marcus Morris - Kansas

16. Phoenix Suns - F Kawhi Leonard - San Diego State

17. New York Knicks - PF/C JaJuan Johnson - Purdue

18. Memphis Grizzlies - SF Jordan Hamilton - Texas

19. Charlotte Bobcats - PF Markieff Morris - Kansas

20. Portland Trailblazers - PF/C Keith Benson - Oakland

21. Washington Wizards - G Brandon Knight - Kentucky

22. Denver Nuggets - C Lucas Nogueira - Estudiantes

23. Phoenix Suns - G Nolan Smith - Duke

24. Oklahoma City Thunder - F Nikola Mirotic - Real Madrid

25. Chicago Bulls - SG William Buford - Ohio State

26. New Jersey Nets - PF Tristan Thompson - Texas

27. Chicago Bulls - PF Trey Thompkins - Georgia

28. Dallas Mavericks - F Jeff Taylor - Vanderbilt

29. Boston Celtics - F Kyle Singler - Duke

30. San Antonio Spurs - F Augusto Lima - Unicaja

That's a tad too high for Keith Benson, he just seems like a late 1st to an early 2nd IMO. Where's Chris Singleton and Kenneth Faried?

34. Washington Wizards - SG/SF Bojan Bogdanovic - Cibona

35. Detroit Pistons - PF Kenneth Faried - Morehead State

36. New Jersey Nets - G Josh Selby - Kansas

37. LA Clippers - PF Tobias Harris - Tennessee

38. LA Clippers - G Demetri McCamey - Illinois

Portland needs a center. I think they use their first round pick to resolve that issue.

- Singleton is injured, and I don't think he declares.

- Faried is in the second round. His lack of size may prevent him from being a first rounder (imo).

Those are legit reasons I suppose. I still think Singleton will declare, and teams will be willing to select Faried in the 1st round because they don't want to miss out on getting a Blair type player. I agree though he warrants a high 2nd but some team is going to end up snagging him in the 1st.

You don't think Norris Cole is going to be drafted?

BTW the Lakers own the Warriors 2nd round pick.

2011 second round draft pick from Golden State
Golden State's own 2011 2nd round pick to the Los Angeles Lakers [Golden State - New Jersey, 9/21/2009, and then Houston - Los Angeles Lakers - New Jersey, 12/15/2010]

The Cavs own the OKC 54th pick as well, FYI.

Do you still feel this way?
