Draft Risers and Fallers

Post#1 » by BadWolf » Sun Jun 23, 2013 1:54 pm

Did anyone do a research, whether guys that jump form nowhere way up all fall markedly in last few weeks before the draft do better or worse then expected in NBA. Are workout warriors worth the risk.

Marshon Brooks got hyped, but didn't really justified that. Russ did though.

For 2k13...
Risers - Caldwell pope, was in twenties a couple of weeks ago, now he's a top 10 pick, Hardaway has a Brooks like rise - why?, maybe even Adams
fallers - Shabazz might if he falls out of the lottery, Goodwin fell of the face of earth

Work out warriors such as Joe Alexander scare the crap out of me. However, I think Caldwell Pope has been slightly different - his situational stats have helped him out more than work outs.
