I think it is incredibly unlikely that Nigel Williams-Goss declares and becomes a one and done.

Probably true. I really like his game (better than I like Kasey Hill, Tyler Ennis) and I have a feeling 1 of those three will declare in what is a pretty weak PG class depth wise.
