You can't predict that. Its always some kind of a crapshoot. There are very few players that you can be 99% sure they are going to be SuperStars (LeBron, AD, KAT...). But often talented players lack the workethic or general mentalstate to improve and become a Superstar.
You see lots of 2nd Rounders becoming great Players, they may be less talented but have a better workethic and metalstate (I.Thomas, Draymond, Jokic...)
Fultz is most likely a Allstar at least, but the Rest could all be busts.
