Please take note that I'm new to draft evaluation and NCAA basketball overall (I'm a bandwagon Illinois fan) so most of my information is based off of team needs and website scouting reports. After 1998 I stopped watching basketball (guess why) but at the end of 2006-2007 season I started watching again so my basketball knowledge isn't as seasoned as some of you other posters.
After the first selection they are NOT in order of importance/next-in-line. Some players are listed twice even though I have them already picked in a previous selection (i.e., Wizards - Al-Farouq Aminu - Wesley Johnson, Clippers - Wesley Johnson - Al-Farouq Aminu), this means that those picks are toss-ups.
1 - Nets - John Wall
2 - Timberwolves - Evan Turner
3 - Kings - DeMarcus Cousins
4 - Warriors - Derrick Favors
5 - Wizards - Al-Farouq Aminu - Wesley Johnson - Cole Aldrich - Ed Davis
6 - 76ers - Greg Monroe - Ed Davis
7 - Pistons - Cole Aldrich - Greg Monroe - Ed Davis
8 - Clippers - Wesley Johnson - Al-Farouq Aminu - Xavier Henry
9 - Jazz - Ed Davis - Cole Aldrich - Patrick Patterson - Xavier Henry - Donatas Motiejunas - Epke Udoh
10 - Pacers - Ekpe Udoh - Hassan Whiteside
11 - Hornets - Donatas Motiejunas - Xavier Henry
12 - Grizzlies - Patrick Patterson - Eric Bledsoe
13 - Raptors - Xavier Henry - Hassan Whiteside
14 - Rockets - Hassan Whiteside - Larry Sanders - Daniel Orton
15 - Bucks - James Anderson - Daniel Orton - Willie Warren - Solomon Alabi
16 - Timberwolves - Daniel Orton - Solomon Alabi
17 - Bulls - Paul George - Willie Warren
18 - Heat - Larry Sanders - Solomon Alabi
19 - Celtics - Solomon Alabi - Daniel Orton
20 - Spurs - Luke Babitt - Gordon Hayward*
21 - Thunder - Gani Lawal - Daniel Orton
22 - Trailblazers - Kevin Seraphin - Stanley Robinson - Gordon Hayward*
23 - Timberwolves - Willie Warren - Stanley Robinson
24 - Hawks - Eric Bledsoe - Avery Bradley*
25 - Grizzlies - Avery Bradley* - Devin Ebanks
26 - Thunder - Stanley Robinson - Armon Johnson - Damion James - Quincy Pondexter
27 - Nets - Quincy Pondexter - Stanley Robinson - Damion James
28 - Grizzlies - Elliot Williams - Jordan Crawford* - Dominique Jones
29 - Magic - Jordan Crawford* - Elliot Williams* - Dominique Jones
30 - Wizards - Devin Ebanks! - Terrico White*! - Avery Bradley*! - Armon Johnson! - Greivis Vasquez! - Dominique Jones! - Artsiom Parakhouski!
Daniel Orton is mentioned on a lot of picks because his selection is all dependent on how much of a risk that GM is willing to take on a unproven freshman who's only real talent is being a nice physical specimen with some flashes of potential. My opinion is that he'll start off just like BJ Mullens has.
* = Has not signed agent (I also base not putting Gordon Hayward as a #1 choice as I don't believe he'll stay in the draft)
! = Too many possibilities/positions to fill to make a full descision
(Early rough draft, hurried it along so I could get some sleep)

Re: jaze89's Mock Draft
Pasers: Udoh/Bledsoe (maybe Patterson) - or trade down
(If NJ gets Wall, #10 + exp = D.Harris?)
No way p's pick Whiteside (too young/not ready). Henry also not likely.

Re: jaze89's Mock Draft
If NJ trades Devin Harris which I doubt they will during the draft -- I don't think they'd trade an all-star because they drafted a hyped-up unproven rookie -- I believe Harris will be traded at the deadline for either a proven player or a young PF prospect, expirings, and/or a pick(s). However Devin Harris might get similar treatment to what Kirk Hinrich received when the Bulls drafted Rose and remain on the team.
The Hassan Whiteside 'secondary' pick is there because Indiana lacks a defensive anchor. Hassan Whiteside averaged 5.4 blocks per game in only 26 minutes, that's amazing albeit in a poor conference. In the end though I'm sure Larry Bird will pick the proven, versatile, maturer player in Ekpe Udoh. I don't think he'll take Eric Bledsoe or Avery Bradley based on their college play; they both were shooting guards for their teams. Patterson is also an option with his smarts, rebounding, and versatile offensive game but Ekpe Udoh is more of a 2-way player who can also play some C. The 2011 draft could have plenty of talented point guards from the lottery to the mid 1st round and Indiana has two 2nd round picks to test one of the senior point guards that will be available in the 2nd.
