1) Washington - John Wall: Great way to start off a rebuild, already has two nice, young frontcourt players in McGee and Blatche

2) Philadelphia - Evan Turner: Consensus BPA that makes Iggy expendable for some $$$ savings.

3) New Jersey - Derrick Favors: Such a great fit. I would think that NJ would consider this kid had they gotten the #1 pick. Has #1 overall potential and is a seamless fit.

4) Minnesota - Wesley Johnson: I may be higher on him than most, but he's an EXCELLENT consolation prize to Turner on the wing. Turner may be slightly more versatile and have better play-making skills. But Johnson's shooting ability makes him more valuable to Minny IMO.

5) Sacramento - DeMarcus Cousins: Could be the #1 overall player in this draft when all is said and done. A lot of that will depend on coaching and supporting cast. Sacramento may actually be the #1 destination for this kid in that regard with the way the roster is set up and the coaching staff that they have in place there.

6) Golden State - Al Farouq-Aminu: GS gets it right this time. Aminu is a great fit and the BPA on the board. His ability to run up and down the court and play above the rim makes him invaluable to the Warriors. Of course, in Nellie's system he'll be doing all this from the 5 position.

7) Pistons - Greg Monroe: Gotta go Best Available BIG MAN here. Pistons have a lot of fire power in the back court and Monroe could be an excellent fit to help facilitate that scoring. Very underrated and very good player. Pistons will be VERY fortunate to have Monroe here at #7

8) Clippers - Ekpe Udoh: With Kaman manning the middle and Griffin back from injury, Udoh makes for an excellent third big man to help replace the shot blocking of Camby. Maybe the best shot-blocker in the top 10 of this draft.

9) Jazz - Cole Aldrich: Meet the player that will torment Jazz faithful much the same way Greg Ostertag did for nearly a decade. Too valuable too move, but not good enough to matter. However Cole does give the Jazz a reputable 5 man to help with their interior defense. Boozer moves onto greener pastures at this point.

10) Pacers - Eric Bledsoe: May be viewed as a 'reach' at this point in time, but Bledsoe is the type of player that will thrive at the next level. This gives the Pacers some explosiveness from the back-court and fills a nice need as well.

11) Hornets - James Anderson: Great shooter, great athlelete, great versatility. This wingman will prove to be a nice complement at the 2 or the 3 for the Hornets and help make the Hornets a playoff team again next year.

12) Grizzlies - Luke Babbitt: I think the reports are true that the Grizz have locked into Babbit as their guy. He won't be there at 25 and so they reach slightly for him here at 12.

13) Raptors - Ed Davis: Not too high on him personally, but I think the Raptors this late will take a flier on the kid and hope he can project out as a better prospect that will potentially replace Bosh from their roster. If James Anderson were on the board I could see Toronto taking a hard look at him as well.

14) Rockets - Daniel Orton: Whiteside might get a look here, but I think the Rockets like the girth of Orton here and could be an ideal back-up Center/replacement starter type for their team going forward. His upside is larger than most near the end of the lottery here.

I think you probably nailed 1-9, and none of the other picks seem impossible. Not bad.

I hope Memphis doesn't take Babbitt this high. If they do hold onto their picks( story out of Memphis has the Grizzlies offering up all three first round picks to move up or trade all three for a veteran) they should go with the best player available(other than a center).

I think it's a big mistake for James Anderson to go over the likes of Luke Babbitt, Paul George and Xavier Henry, but it's a possibility.

I think Orton should drop like a rock too.
