I don't think there is an Anthony bennett in this draft, but I just read Cleveland is in win now mode....Wiggins is shorter than Scott van Pelt, so they will pass, they pass on Embiid because don't wan't an Oden situation, will talk themselves out of Parker, Exum unknown, fear Randle and Vonleh could be bust like Bennett, don't need smart, so McDermitt (will give them some instant scoring and floor spreading so Kyrie can drive and Waiters can chuck) is the logical choice to lure Lebron back :)

Why in the world do people keep having the 76ers draft both Jabari Parker and Doug McDermott in the same draft?
McDermott isn't really a top 10 player in this draft, but he may get drafed by some team that needs a "Name" for their fans. If the 76ers draft Parker, they already have their "Name", then they can draft their "Analytics" or "upside" player.

Its the Sixers. they are drafting assets with no intention of building a team in the short term.
seriously though I think they do go BPA and if McDermitt is not it who do they go with?
McDermitt is a role player in the NBA and will spread the floor, put up some points.
If they can they should trade the pick for sure.

You're letting your Celtics sensibilities taint your outlook on the draft. The 76ers have the 3 and 10 pick, and the Celtics have the 6 and 17 pick, but are getting more talent than the 76ers. :D

Are you saying sixers would rather go Vonleh and Lavine?
not sure I understand your thought process there...I would think if Embiid and Wiggins are off the board they go with Parker right? and at 10 they should go with someone who can make shots IMO. Maybe its Stauskis instead of McDermitt, but they have a PF and a PG and rim protector. McDermitt would be a smart pick for them, but maybe they go another direction...but who?

Not a fan of McDermott in the lottery. I'm positive Stauskas, Young and Payne will be better pros. I THINK Kyle Anderson will be a better pro. And I'd rather gamble on Lavine's athleticism at #10, then draft a player that has no position and will be no more than a 3pt specialist in the NBA. One dimensional 3 point specialists are not that hard to obtain in any off season, if you have an MLE.
