Cleveland has Irving and Waiters and not much else to shout about...so with the #1 pick they take a combo guard? That doesn't sound very wise to me.

And as a Jazz fan I'd obviously love for Parker to fall to #5 but it's not going to happen.

If Orlando moves Harris to SF, the result becomes:

Oladipo
Afflalo
Harris
Gordon
Vucevic
Bench: Harkless, Nelson

That could possibly be as high as a 7-seed next season, in my opinion.

Trade Waiters or Jack for a better PF, then start Exum at SG, leading to a starting five of:

Kyrie
Exum
Deng
Monroe? Smith?
Hawes
Bench: Varejao, Waiters or Jack

I don't see why Cleveland would draft another pg, they aready have kyrie.

Orlando would not pass on jabari, not even for gordon.

and I don't agree with boston picking saric. they should go for randle or vonleh.

I already explained Cleveland/Orlando in my previous post.

Furthermore, the combination of Kyrie/Exum is just too good to pass up, in my opinion. Besides, Cleveland's big needs are PF and SG. Exum can definitely play SG, but I don't like Jabari at PF, and no player who can play PF is first-pick material to me.

As for Orlando, while they do need a power forward, it should be a power forward who could fill in at center if necessary. Yes, Vucevic is a stud and a possible 20/10 player, but he won't be on the court all the time. When such is the case, if they take Parker, who plays at center? Parker? Harris? Harkless? It's about fit here.

And as for Boston, a frontcourt pairing of Sullinger/Saric seems very appealing. A good rebounder and a 4 who can pass it. With Sullinger at C, Vonleh/Randle seem redundant.

Because?

For one you have Isaiah Austin going 21 and his basketball career is over.

Did you realize that Isaiah Austin's bball career has tragically ended? We're not likely to spend our #21 on him.
