Re: Breuer Mock 1.0 with trades
I don't think the Sixers would need to make a trade with the Bucks to move up to #2 to grab Wiggins, Milwaukee has made is plain that their big board is 1. Parker 2. Embiid 3. Exum
Cleveland is the team they need to worry about selecting Wiggins.

Bucks flew to Cali to see Wiggins work out and are bringing him to Milwaukee for a 2nd workout this week (not sure when) so I wouldn't put too much stock into that big board. If Hammond has anything to do with the pick then be assured that Wiggins is well in consideration.

Re: Breuer Mock 1.0 with trades
If the Sixers prefer Wiggins over Parker they are surely having discussions with the Bucks. Players have changed hats minutes after being drafted many times over the years. The Bucks drafted Marbury ahead of Allen in 96 to get more out of the Wolves and Dallas did it to the Bucks in 98 taking Traylor then sending him for Dirk and Pat Garrity. In the same draft Toronto took Jamison one pick ahead of Carter and squeezed cash out of Golden State for making the deal.
The Bucks also got ripped off by the Rockets in 2000, Pryzbilla drafted at 9 then later sent to the Bucks for Jason Collier and their first the next season that ended up being pick 19. On a sidenote Houston blew it on Jason Collins. Tony Parker, Zach Randolph, and Gerald Wallace went later in the first. Those are just a few of the draft day moves the Bucks have made the last 20 years, I am guessing they have made maybe more than any other team? At least they were aggressive but most of their moves and picks were failures.
Hell, on a smaller scale the Bucks drafted Jerome Jordan in the 2nd round a few years ago and got a cool mil from the Knicks, no way to know if it was agreed upon before. My bottom line is if the Bucks rank Parker at least equal to Wiggins the possibility exists they can draft Wiggins and flip him for Parker.
