Let me start by saying I'm not more qualified than anyone else, I'm just doing this for fun. Also I'm not going to try and predict what trades happen because those are as unpredictable as the draft itself. Like for instance I don't think anyone would predict the jazz trading up for trey burke last year. So with that in mind...
#1 Cavaliers - Joel Embiid C Kansas
If there is ever a question you always go with the big man. I don't think this year is any different.
#2 Bucks - Jabari Parker SF Duke
#3 76ers - Andrew Wiggins SF Kansas
These guys will be compared to each other forever, judging by freshman season think the Bucks will see Jabari as the safer pick. 76ers fine to draft the higher overall potential of Wiggins.
#4 Magic - Dante Exum SG Australia
#5 Jazz - Julius Randle PF Kentucky
This is where the draft really get's interesting, I don't think anyone really knows what the Magic will do but I've heard enough reports that it will be Exum that I'll just go with that. The jazz would be bummed to miss out on Exum and settle with the Kentucky forward looking for some scoring inside.
#6 Celtics - Doug McDermott SF Creighton
Boston looking to improve a awful offense, surprise here with the draft of the best scorer in McBuckets
#7 Lakers - Marcus Smart, PG Ok State
Lakers scoop up Smart finding themselves surprised that he fell this far.
#8 Kings - Nik Stauskas SG Michigan
#9 Hornets - Gary Harris SG Michigan State
Two shooting guards from the state of Michigan go next. Sacramento shot just 33% from 3, 27th in the NBA so going for perimeter shooting may be their #1 priority. Meanwhile the Hornets are looking for a better option at the 2 than what Gerald Henderson was able to provide.
#10 76ers - Aaron Gordon PF Arizona
The young 76ers now become a league pass must watch with two athletic freaks to run next to MCW.
#11 Nuggets - Rodney Hood SF Duke
With the injury uncertainty of Gallo think the Nuggets will take a good long look at Hood.
#12 Magic - Noah Vonleh PF Indiana
Magic needing some shooting go with a big who can spread the floor.
#13 Timberwolves - Zach Lavine SG UCLA
Lavine was a surprise entrant but has wowed people enough to think the twolves could take him in the lottery
#14 Suns - Jusuf Nurkic C International
Phoenix likely will be looking to go big here and take the huge Nurkic
#15 Hawks - Dario Saric
#16 Bulls - Shabazz Napier
#17 Celtics - Adreian Payne
#18 Suns - Kyle Anderson
#19 Bulls T.J. Warren
#20 Raptors - Tyler Ennis
#21 Thunder - Clint Capela
#22 Grizzlies - Jordan Adams
#23 Jazz - K.J. McDaniels
#24 Hornets - Elfrid Payton
#25 Rockets - P.J. Hairston
#26 Heat - Walter Tavares
#27 Suns - C.J. Wilcox
#28 Clippers - Damien Inglis
#29 Thunder - James Young
#30 Spurs - Thanasis Antetokounmpo

Don't think Dougie McBuckets goes that high, also don't think Elfrid Payton goes that low. Otherwise, good mock.
