Lol very high on Ulis, but Skal plays the way he played LSU the rest of the way he's top 5.
I'm convinced Ulis is the best point in the nation and he'd be a perfect fit for what the bucks are currently running, but it'd free Giannis up more and Ulis has the best vision in the nation so it's going to make Giannis more lethal. I get why people would want Kris Dunn given his size, but he hasn't significantly improved his game to garner his top 5 projection and I'd take Ulis first if I'm in need of a point.
Ulis
- Quickness and speed
- Elite play making ability
- Near elite handle
- Jump shot and shows you a three shot that will improve
- very nice defender
- isn't ball dominant despite being asked to man point for UK
- Height clearly isn't an issue
- always has the game under control
Ulis next to Middleton and rotating Jabari and Giannis will be very potent for the Bucks.

Everyone knows about Jamal and how legit he is, but Ulis falling to a playoff contender makes no sense unless you view the Bucks as contenders next season. Haven't heard an argument against Ulis other than laughter. The kid is simply too good not to succeed.

Skal @ 5 :o

Brown @ 14

Interesting none the less, for the Magic I'm not in love with the pick. Literally just drafted a euro swingman and have Oladipo/Fournier/Marble and doubt we invest in another Fournier clone especially when theres more ready now players on the board like Hield.

True the Magic could go Hield, but are teams sold he can be a starter? I view Victor better suited coming off the bench and Evan is in the last year of his contract and teams are definitely interested in the guy. Furkan is 18 years of age and in the future can rotate him and Mario to provide more diversity at the 2 and 3 than you can with Hield. I can see Utah going with either guy, but Hield might end up becoming a 6th man as well and not a starter.

Skal is either Boom or Bust and that's going to be the story with him. It's clear he still needs 2 years of development, but the Suns took Alex Len 5th overall 3 years ago and he's starting to shine for the Suns. The Wolves have a big decision to make, because Kris Dunn is definitely not 5th overall material and probably won't be 3 years from now. Wolves could surely use better defense at the 2 spot and they can definitely get that with Timothe as the best defensive 2 in the draft, but who's going to be the starting 4 for the future? I doubt they'll be this high up next year and I'm not convinced they can go out and sign Hassan then put Towns at power. Skal has missed his junior and senior year of High school basketball and it's very hard to determine just how well he's going to absorb development.

Not sold on Brown as he's more athlete than he is a basketball player and there's been plenty of those to enter the draft. He's a hard worker and can improve through those means, but it's going to be a process for any team that takes him and I see more potential in Brown than I do a guarantee after he goes through development. I like Ivan more as a player than Brown so he's higher up.

I like Ulis as the best point, but that won't prevent teams falling in love with a 6'4" 220lbs point even though he's not as good a point as Ulis. So I definitely see the Kings taking him, because they're the Kings. If the Wolves don't take Ulis fifth overall then there's no point in taking Kris either. Timothe, Jakob, Skal, and Ivan are the players the Wolves decide between. Dragan would be the best player for them, but the stupid Hornets decided to gift Devin Booker to the Suns so all the Suns have to do is draft Dragan.

Someone taking Ulis in the lottery would be hilarious.

March Madness is approaching and I decided to add to the madness by doing a Lottery and changing the names around more on my mock.
Here's the Lottery and the Lakers are back at it again with the unpopular pick NBA Draft - Draft Simulator - RealGM

Friendly update as March continues NBA Draft - Draft Simulator - RealGM
http://basketball.realgm.com/nba/draft/draft_simulator/view/166079/

I see Timothe being an upgrade over Warren, but Warren will still get scoring minutes. This would be a screwball draft as I see most teams eating the pick other teams wanted.

Calm before the Final Four storm NBA Draft - Draft Simulator - RealGM
http://basketball.realgm.com/nba/draft/draft_simulator/view/169413/

Could see Houston taking Davis instead and see Memphis pick Juan up at the 20th as he'd be the ideal player for them realistically this draft. The way Memphis keeps losing due to their injuries they might make the lottery and won't have to wait to pick him then Denver would draft Damian.

Congrats to Villanova on their brand new title and congrats to the Wolves for their win haha.
This is a very different draft from my previous ones as this is emphasizing potential. I'm guessing a few people will love it as they're not convinced of this being a very good draft. Need was taking into consideration throughout the mock, but around Pick 14 I could see Kris Dunn going to the Bulls, Ulis going next pick, and Juan going to Memphis while everyone else stays the course. Juan makes sense in a Bulls uniform given Rose and Butler, but Kris and Ulis could easily be his replacement. Ulis in a Memphis jersey gives them a guy to play right away while letting Conley go and Memphis possibly goes after Beal.

So here is The Potential Draft NBA Draft - Draft Simulator - RealGM

Look who's back with a new mock. I added some descriptions so not sure how that's going to look. Regardless it's a more realistic mock with the exception of Marquese Chriss, because I had forgotten about him while making it. Ah well oh well as anyone would say.

Well, you got a nice "International Buzz" going on there....but nothing that makes you looking "realistic" IMO...Korkmaz at 7 .....   No thanks, I could see him in mid teens, but not top 10. Give the Nuggs Hield at 7 and I'd be ok with the rest you have for them....maybe Chriss at 15 because it doesn't look like Rabb will declare.

Korkmaz isn't to be underrated. :D
The other unrealistic would be Tyler Ulis to Toronto, but if they don't make it out of the 1st round playoffs they need to let DeRozan go and trade Lowry then fire Casey. Ulis is a star player and that's something they're lacking. It is my mock draft and that's what I would do if I were the Raptors as that's the best player available in that regard. Might as well take a star player at the available pick.
Not sure why Ivan Rabb wouldn't want to come out. Teams need players like him so now would be the time for him to come on out and get drafted.

Who's your daddy?

Nba controversial mock and make your own if you disagree with it.

http://basketball.realgm.com/nba/draft/draft_simulator/view/197017/

Deyonta's description was supposed to be Elite defensive potential + jump shot + athleticism = modern day PF. Hard to get those.
Jamal's was supposed to be good handle + strong offensive fundamentals + improving defense + potential = helluva pick

Trying to predict who will do what.

Maybe Jaylen goes 4th and Ellenson 13th or Simmons 1st and Jaylen 3rd.
