Hey guys,
Recently completed my first round mock in the lead up to the 2017 Draft. Likely to make final amendments a couple days before the actual draft, but let me know what you think:

If I was a Magic fan, I'd be pretty stoked with that result. Smith is the kind of Guard you guys badly need, and he's being underrated lately due to NC State's poor record and no NCAA Tourney play.
Giles could be this years Skal, albeit with the dubious injury history. He can be brought along slow behind Vuc/Biyombo and get his confidence back in the DLeague.

What happens with Payton, i agree that they're a bit suspect there, but it has to mean that if Smith goes 6, Payton is done basically.

I feel like they're close to making that call on Elfrid. He showed a few signs last year, but he hasn't really grown as a player much. I don't feel they'll want to commit significant money to him as an RFA - so will likely try find a buyer for him in the off-season, and give the keys to Smith (if that's who they go with) as the new franchise PG, and find a vet to back him up.

Got our final mock draft here, as well as who we see as 'Perfect Matches' for each team at their picks.

I don't think magic go with issac and semi. Id look at that euro center anzejs or Bolden. I do think magic will draft a pg at some point.

Thanks for checking it out.
Fit has not always been taken into account, some of it is BPA. I think Magic could take Ojeleye and still deal him for someone who fits a need in another position (e.g. Trade for White or Jackson who are taken ahead of their own pick)
