Ya never know at this time of year, but I'd rate the Gonzaga players differently. I think Tillie (if he's healthy) goes ahead of the high-scoring Rui, and Brandon Clarke shoots way up - if he learns to shoot jumpers even a little bit.

For the second year prospects I'd have McDaniels as sleeper that goes anywhere from 13 to 17, Culver and Hunter as high as 11-15 and a few frosh I'd drop Reid, Grimes and Bassey 10 spots each.

I really like Bazley's tools. Sure wish he was playing somewhere right now so we could get a better look at him. Haven't seen much of Cole, but he's on my list of guys to deeper dive on.

Maybe if he shows consistency in a deep tournament run against better competition he will retain that pre season value, but Bassey is playing in Conf USA and despite being solid against Konate and going toe to toe with Gafford he has not faced much of anybody else yet and won't really.
He could obviously still be deserving of a higher pick , but I'm guessing late teens is the ceiling for now but could easily slide to late 1st.

Might as well call him Oshae Brickette.
I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.

Very unlikely a guy who is closer to Greg Monroe than Clint Capela goes top 10. Even in a weak draft.

Agreed. 10 years ago Bassey may have been a top 10 pick. Now, not so much.

Class looking more meh by the week. I'm liking Carsen Edwards more and more as a ~20 pick.

after 20 it's almost all upperclassman role players and high risk frosh since the euro crop is weak as well.

Won't be surprised if Memphis is end of the lottery or the 8th seed 15-16 with a healthy Conley, and Sac is probably a little better than last season around 9-12.
Ainge screwed up getting all those picks in a weak draft, better flip 'em soon before the frosh crop confirms the bad projections.

Yeah, no way.

Sacramento hasn't picked out of the bottom 8 in 10 years and looks to be either 2nd last or last in the West.

Memphis will battle for a playoff seed for sure but will most likely fall short. They are relying on health for Conley & Gasol which isn't the best.

Sac will finish bottom 6 and Memphis should be around the 12-14 mark, if they suffer a couple of injuries they could fall to the 10-12 mark for sure.
