James Johnson is a pretty bad fit for Minny. Unless they have a trade worked out with the pick, I'd rather take Maynor because he's more ready to step in right away next season and lead us and later use him as a back-up to Jennings some day, hopefully. Right now I consider us to have 0 point guards. I would be perfectly fine with picking 2 PG's with our top 2 picks.

Yeah, no Johnson for Minny. Too much like Ryan Gomes. Daye or Mullens make more sense there.

Chase Budinger for Portland is a great pick.

Outlaw, Webster, Batum, Roy and Fernandez can all play the 3, but adding yet another one is brilliant.

Not necessarily. James Harden's stock isn't very high after the tournament.

That is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE draft for the Wolves. I'd quit and take up water polo as my new favorite sport if it went that way.

And what is wrong with water polo?!? Many lakes here in MN to practice the sport during the summer. Or maybe you don't like water J2J? Now that is down right un-Minnesotan!

I forgot how to swim at some point in my life. As a kid I was a fish, now I die swimming one length of the pool.

yeah...when our PG line-up is Telfair/Ollie/Bobby Brown...it's pretty sad.

Minni's pick isn't so hard to project.

They're looking for a player with size and athleticism. The two guys that I know the Wolves' Front Office has specifically mentioned are Thabeet and DeRozan.

I've also seen reports of them looking to fill the PG position with the 18th pick.

With that said, DeRozan (or maybe Harden or Holiday) and Maynor (or maybe Mullens), seem like the obvious choices.

The Wolves do need size and athleticism, and they need someone who can handle the ball. Let me introduce you all to my good friend, Tyreke Evans. He's the next Dwayne Wade. A ball-handling SG with a freakish wingspan, great strength and ability to get to the basket. His jumper is a tad shakey, but it'll improve.

Jennings issues are the Wolves issues right now, so to compound those makes no sense. The Wolves backcourt is undersized, pourous on defense, and lacks shooting. That also describes Jennings. His strengths, unfortunately don't fit with the players we have. We're not a running team. We're a halfcourt, pound it inside with Big Al type of a team. We have no one that Jennings could throw a lob to except for maybe Corey Brewer.

Jennings just makes no sense for the Wolves. I'm requiring the Kings to draft him.

I like it for Lakers except I'd rather have Summers or Damion James over Omri Casspi

It's not just my brain that's water-logged. It's Fred Hoiberg's and presumably the rest of the Wolves' FO's brains that are water-logged, too.
