Re: Silver Man's 2010 Mock Draft Thread
Nice list but I think Aldrich goes top 5, especially if Kansas wins the Championship and he dominates which is a good possibility. Scouts love winners. He is Pryzbilla with more offense. Its hard to find a Center with good defense, rebounding, some offense, and solid athletic ability. Kid also has a toughness about him he doesn't back down and goes harder the harder you push which is a great attribute.

Minnesota takes 3 SGs? (Insert Kahn taking 3 PG jokes here.)
Definitely love Evan Turner, still. But I'd prefer the Wolves grab Paul George, than either Alabi or Jordan, preferably Alabi. Terrico White isn't doing too much for me.
Although I'd prefer the Wolves use the later of the picks, along with Gomes's contract to get an established veteran.

If Toronto's pick is later than 14 (15 or worse) then it goes to Miami.

Re: Silver Man's 2010 Mock Draft Thread
Not really seeing the Wolves picks here. Motiejunas isn't nearly BPA at #2, and he doesn't fit a need. Favors, Johnson, or even Aldrich/Aminu would be better picks there. White is a reach at 16.
Otherwise, Alabi a few picks too high, and Henry a few too low.

Favors is the BPA here, but the Timberwolves all ready have Love, and Jefferson. Why add onto something you all ready have when you have so many weaknesses. Too high for Aminu. Wesley Johnson or Cole Aldrich wouldn't be bad choices here, but future wise Motiejunas I think would give them the best shot in the long-run.

Cousins will quickly go into the lottery soon and make everyone question whom the 2nd best freshman is. 7'0" 270 lb guys who pass, score, rebound and block shots are pretty rare.

because when you are as bad as the wolves, its dumb to draft on needs. A good wing player isn't going to get them anywhere - they need a lot of help. Favors can be a superstar. If you pass on a guy YOU KNOW is a better prospect, it rarely turns out good.
When has a horrible team picked based on needs over a better player and it actually worked? The player that fills the need isn't going to win them a championship in the next few years, and by that time their needs could be completely different. Its just a dumb way to do things, and I am positive that Kahn will go with the BPA. Thats been his rep his whole career.

True about that TJ, but my only thing is they can all ready build around Love, and Jefferson plus they have Flynn.
I'm not sold either, but with Evan Turner being hurt I'm not going to put him into the mock draft.
